Hi, I have been using the arrayQualityMetrics package and I have some problems. In the example at site http://www.ebi.ac.uk/~audrey/QMexamples/MLL/QMreport.html I see that the html files created have a Summary at the beginning, with indication of possible outlier arrays, but in the html file that I have created that Summary does not appear, is that normal? Dear Simona, what version of arrayQualityMetrics are you running? The earlier versions of the package didn't include this summary, so maybe you just need to update. You're certainly not supposed to set any parameters to make it appear. If you provide us with the output from sessionInfo() that would be useful. Hi Simona, As Heidi said, it is effectively a version problem. Old versions of the package do not contain the summary. By using the release version (1.6.0) or newer, you will have it.
