I know that Spot and GenePix files can be loaded directly into marrayInput. Was wondering if any convenient method exists for loading in files from ArrayVision software?? thanks, Isaac Mehl

Hi Isaac, You could use read.marrayRaw to read the files in. However if you provide me with a standard output file from ArrayVision software, I will send you specific function for it and also add it in the next release.
