Hi, I just found out that Mahong Dai proposed some tiling arrays custom cdfs that can be found here: http://brainarray.mbni.med.umich.edu/Brainarray/Database/CustomCDF/CDF _download_v10.asp The way this CDFs were built is described in this paper: http://nar.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/33/20/e175 Hope this will help. By using makePlatformDesign and oligo packages, I have successfully read in the *.cel files. Now, I am stuck for the next step. Which package should I use for normalization and further statistic analysis? This is my first time dealing with CHIP-chip tiling array. Would anyone kindly help me out? > > Really appreciate your help! > > Yanqin > > > --------------------------------- > > [[alternative HTML version deleted]] > > _______________________________________________ > Bioconductor mailing list > Bioconductor at stat.math.ethz.ch > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor > Search the archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor > -- ================================================================== Naira Naouar Tel:+32 (0)9 331 38 63 VIB Department of Plant Systems Biology, Ghent University Technologiepark 927, 9052 Gent, BELGIUM nanao at psb.ugent.be http://www.psb.ugent.be
