Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to call the justPlier() function in a way compatible with the four "modes" described in the Affymetrix Technical Note (http://www.affymetrix.com/support/technical/technotes/plier_technote. pdf) that is, 'PM-MM', 'PM-B', 'PM only', and 'MM as additional PM'.
