The packages you name above are no longer available in newer releases of bioconductor and have been replaced by the "marray" package. It is common for bionconductor to change from release to release, but usually, the functionality is maintained and enhanced. In any case, "marray" is what you want and the other three packages are no longer available and have been consolidated into "marray". Sean
