Hi guys, I am new here and just installed R and BioConductor. I am trying to install Graphviz package and do not know which are the Graphviz libraries for WINXP at Official AT&T Research Release site. It should not be the .exe files such as Windows Install package, dot.exe, neato.exe, right? Thanks for your help, Ying Chen

Currently the distribution of graphviz for Windows does not include the necessary libraries to build Rgraphviz, and to the best of my knowledge can not be built in a manner that is compatable for linking with R - thus Rgraphviz does not work on Windows. -J
