When you get the "Table of Genes Ranked in order of Diferential
Expression" you get several colums such as M, A, t, P.Value and B.
Since I am a new user and do not have a strong statistic background,
where can I find information regarding the interpretation of these
values?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
