We ran into problems while installing Bioconductor 1.2 on a Linux node (of a computer cluster, with no internet connection by itself, so can't install within R). Any idea? Michael -----Original Message----- But I've come to the end of my rope trying to get bioconductor 1.2 installed. I've spent most of the day wrestling with hdf5. Here is the log from my last attempt to get it installed. <<bioconductor>> LEGAL NOTICE Unless expressly stated otherwise, this message is confidential and may be privileged.
