EMBL European Molecular Biology Laborat…
Dear James, hmm, the lab you're refering to does explains that this file is in the lymphoma package. The lymphoma package was deprecated and finally retired a while ago, but you could find a past version here: http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/1.9/ExperimentData.html Note that you are looking at a lab from Oct 2003, and that you will need to use a matching version of R and Bioconductor. There is no guarantee (and no intention) that that lab will run with Bioc 2.1 and R 2.6. Btw, the data are from Ash Alizadeh's Lymphoma paper. I checked on Google by entering the filename you mentioned and found them publicly available from here: http://llmpp.nih.gov/lymphoma/data/rawdata Best wishes Wolfgang > Hi, > > I am trying to learn some basic stuff about cDNA array and followed the following slide in bioconductor website: > > http://www.bioconductor.org/workshops/2003/NGFN03/lymphoma.pdf > > However, there is one dataset named : > lc7b048rex.DAT > that I do not have. I googled several times and can not seem to find it publicly available, could anybody provide some information on how I can obtain this dataset? > > Thanks a lot! > > James > > > --------------------------------- > > [[alternative HTML version deleted]] > > _______________________________________________ > Bioconductor mailing list > Bioconductor at stat.math.ethz.ch > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor > Search the archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor -- Best wishes Wolfgang ------------------------------------------------------------------ Wolfgang Huber EBI/EMBL Cambridge UK http://www.ebi.ac.uk/huber
