See the vignette -- there were some recent changes to the plotting
methods. In particular, plotSnp requires two arguments. The first
is an object extending class ParESet -- typically created by calling
getPar. So try
> graph.par <- getPar(chr.hmm)
> class(graph.par)
> plotSnp(graph.par, chr.hmm)
