affylmGUI: options for 'Export HTML Report'?

Hi Peter, affylmGUI version 1.11.6 now does what you request. At least it uses the parameters that were last used in the TopTable creation process and uses those when it writes the HTML Report. It is currently only available from Bioc-devel.
