Hi, Has anybody try to install BioConductor in Mac OS X? If, yes, how? I am running R 1.5 for X. I have starting using R and BioConductor is a very interesting add-on in expression studies. I assume that they work; possibly AnnBuilder may not, however, that speculation rests only on the complex integration for that package with PostgreSQL, which should exist for OS X.
