Hello! I was trying to install Bioconductor, but during the installation process something goes wrong. Is something wrong with the URL (see below) or do I do something wrong? > source("http://www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R") > getBioC() Running getBioC version 1.2.34.... If you encounter problems, first make sure that you are running the latest version of getBioC() which can be found at: www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R Please direct any concerns or questions to bioconductor@stat.math.ethz.ch. [1] "Installing reposTools ..." Error in getPkgDisc(relLevel) : The url: http://www.bioconductor.org/repository/release1.2/package/PACKAGES does not seem to have a valid PACKAGES file. > Best regards, Mikael Oscarson ----------------------------------------------------- Mikael Oscarson, MD, PhD Biozentrum, University of Basel Pharmacology/Neurobiology Klingelbergstr. 50-70 CH-4056 Basel Switzerland Tel: +41 61 267 22 41 Fax: +41 61 267 22 08 e-mail: Mikael.Oscarson@unibas.ch [[alternate HTML version deleted]]

Sorry about that, I was trying to fix a bug in the web generation code that we have and it briefly caused some of its own turmoil. It should be fixed for you now.
