Given the recent post here: https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/bioconductor/2006-November/014979.html I'm attempting to install the cosmo package on a headless server that has no support for Tk compiled into its R installation. I'm hoping Dr. Bembom or someone else in the know might be able to suggest a way to install a subset of cosmo functionality. Alternatively, are there any plans to extract the visualization component from the analysis component of the package?
