Dear BioC and Peter; when I install aCGH package on R( ver 2.4.1), but I was told that I must preinstall package sma, when I download the sma 9version 0.5.13 2003/08/15) package from http://www.stat.berkeley.edu/~terry/zarray/Software/smacode.html . then I was told that the version of sma is not suitable for R. can you give me some help zhidong

If you try with biocLite, I think you will get any needed dependencies (yes, sma is a dependency) source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("aCGH") + seth

Start R 2. In the R session do: source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("aCGH") If that doesn't work for you, please be sure to provide details of exactly what happened when you repost. + seth
