bioconductor vs dchip

The help page of "expresso" mentions that the li and wong summary method will not get the same results as that from dChip. I would like to know how different or similar they are. Thanks a lot for your help.

i can not quantify the differnce, but i can say that when the bioconducotor version was written it was done following Li and Wong's PNAS paper (with some help from Cheng Li with respect to the defaults).
