Hi, Please read the posting guide and provide us with a complete description of your OS and installed packages. There is no error, in the code below. The message tells you that two different packages have used the same name for something, so you may need to be careful. But the reposTools package is pretty much retired now, so it seems like you may be using very out of date versions. best wishes Robert D.Enrique ESCOBAR ESPINOZA wrote: > can someone explain to me the following error: > Loading required package: affyQCReport > Loading required package: reposTools > > Attaching package: 'reposTools' > > > The following object(s) are masked from package:Biobase : > > userQuery > > Loading required package: simpleaffy > Welcome to 'affyQCReport' V 1.6-1 > Further information available at: www.bifix.org > mailto: craig.parman at bifix.org > THANKS > > _______________________________________________ > Bioconductor mailing list > Bioconductor at stat.math.ethz.ch > https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor > Search the archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor > -- Robert Gentleman, PhD Program in Computational Biology Division of Public Health Sciences Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center 1100 Fairview Ave. N, M2-B876 PO Box 19024 Seattle, Washington 98109-1024 206-667-7700 rgentlem at fhcrc.org
