I have precompiled data that maps CONFAC data to the transcripts on the hgu133plus2 + moe430a chips to their TFBS (thanks to Carlos Moreno). This is TFBS only within 5kb of promoters within mouse/human conserved regions. I have been intending for some time (with CONFACs permission) to package this up and submit it to BioC. Is anyone else interested? Has anyone worked with the TFBS BioPerl module to perfome promoter analysis on the promoters of clusters of genes? -Thanks -Lax Research Assistant Professor of Neuroscience Tufts University School of Medicine Boston MA 02111 [[alternative HTML version deleted]] _______________________________________________ Bioconductor mailing list Bioconductor at stat.math.ethz.ch https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioconductor Search the archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.science.biology.informatics.conductor ********************************************************************** This email and any files transmitted with it are confidentia...{{dropped}}
