What is the status/plans for software to compute copy number (NOT genotype) from affy 500K chips in Bioconductor? I know about dChip and CNAG but would like a non Windows solution. thanks in advance nick socci

Have you looked at PLASQ? http://genome.dfci.harvard.edu/~tlaframb/PLASQ/ I've not used it, and I don't know if it's implemented for the 500K chips, but I think the theory behind it is nice. -Ben > -----Original Message----- > From: bioconductor-bounces at stat.math.ethz.ch [mailto:bioconductor- > bounces at stat.math.ethz.ch] On Behalf Of Nicholas D.
