What is the input for tscR or any other time course package? Is it the logFC of the genes? The normalized expression? It is a matrix of features over samples but what is the value of the matrix? Thank you very much in advance, Kerem

Hi, I don't believe they have to be fold-changes. They can technically be any values, provided that the values are paired by row.
