I need help for analysing of the ChIP-seq and BioID results and functional grouping them. I have about 2000 ChIP results. I need to obtain this functionally grouping them such as immunology related proteins - genes, neurobiology related protein - genes etc. How can I do this by using bioconductor? Please help me?
