Total Area Sum Intensity based Normalization for label-free quantitative proteomics

Hi!

I wonder if there is a package where Total Area Sum Intensity based Normalization is included for SWATH-MS label-free proteomics data. I would like to apply this normalization method that is usually found in MarkerView software, but I don't find it outside of there. Thank you very much in advance.

Could you clarify what Total Area Sum Intensity based Normalization is. It could very well be already available in MSnbase or easy to implement manually.

Really, I would like to run in R TAS (total area sum) and MLR (most likely ratio) normalizations, as showed in following paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/nmeth.2702 Many thanks
