Hello:

On Monday evening October 1st I pushed an update to the RELEASE39 branch of my package TSRchitect.

However, the update hasn't been recorded on the Bioconductor build site https://www.bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.9/bioc-LATEST/TSRchitect (though strangely enough this link is now dead).

Could someone please advise when they have the opportunity? Thanks!

I can see your changes at git.biconductor.org . Depending on when you push changes it can take up to 48 hours to propagate to the build system as the build system only pulls once a day (4:45 EST). The landing pages for packages can take an additional hour or two after the packages build and propagate to show updates. If you continue to have issues or feel like the updates were not applied a better place to ask for package development is the mailing list bioc-devel@r-project.org

Also - The dead page is a security credentials expiration that I am in the process of fixing. It should be back available shortly
