Hello, I have a timecourse experiment dataset with 19 affymetrix RAE230_2 chips. I want to use 'cluster' or 'hopach' package to run clustering in order to see the gene subset pattern. My computer with 1Gb RAM complained the memory problem. Would someone kindly tell me what I should do? How much memory will be enough to run this 30K x 19 matrix? Thank you so much! Yanqin
