I've been using Sequins (RNA controls) and Anaquin to test the quantification accuracy of two sequencers for RNA-seq. This involves making correlation plots of expected vs. observed Sequins with Anaquin's "plotLinear" function. We have already done this successfully for individual libraries but now we want to draw plots for the average of multiple libraries (e.g. average of Mix A libraries vs. average of Mix B libraries). As these are plots of average values we should ideally have standard error bars on each of the points. Unfortunately plotLinear doesn't seem to allow me to add standard error bars, but otherwise I can generate the plot just fine.

To sum up: how do you add standard error bars to individual points in a call to plotLinear?
