Hi,
Does anyone know what the vertical line in the gseaplot from clusterProfiler represents?
I saw in the help page that it indicates the maximum/minimal running enrichment score. But does anyone know more details about its calculation and meaning?

Which vertical line do you exactly refer to? See here for example of a gseaplot obtained from clusterProfiler.
The calculations and interpretation of the scores can be found (among others) here (PathwayCommons) or here (at the GSEA webpage).
