Hello Dr. Schwender! Quick question for you...I couldn't seem to find an answer to this in the 'siggenes' vignette. Are the R-fold values that are calculated in log scale or not? I.e. if I have an R-fold value of 1.2 does that mean that the treated samples are 1.2x higher than the untreated or that the treated samples are 2^1.2 times higher? Similarly, does an R-fold of 0.8 mean untreated is 0.8 of treated expression levels or 2^0.8 of treated? Thank you for the clarification. ---Nick
