Hello All,

I am using DMRcate to find DMRs across a longitudinal study in Malaria infected patients. I have done the run and I get a file with the last column titled "overlapping.promoters". In some cases this column has more than one overlapping promoter, so my question is; how are these promoters listed, are they organised based on the closest overlapping promoters to the DMR?
