Responsibilities
The Department of Data Sciences at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is conducting a search for an experienced Master’s level Computational Biologist or Biostatistician. This person will collaborate with medical and basic science researchers in design, pipeline processing, analysis, and publication of cancer studies involving genomics data.
Qualifications
- Master’s level degree in Computational Biology or Biostatistics
- Strong background in statistical principles, data analysis, genomics pipelines, and computing (Unix, R and Python)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
