I have been running an example a tutorial for proteome data analysis and I could not load the package shinyTandem. I got the following error message: "Error in library("shinyTANDEM") : there is no package called ‘shinyTANDEM’"

I would highly appreciate if you can help me to solve my problem.

Have you tried to install the package with

BiocManager::install("shinyTANDEM")

That would certainly help.
