Hi,

I have an issue with pathview running in a loop. I have multiple lists of genes (Entrez ids) and their log2 fold change as numeric vectors. When I loop through them and loop through all metabolic human pathways I get the png figure with no colours even if in the pv.out$plot.data.gene I do get matches but are all set to white.

Any idea why?
