Hi list! I am a new bioconductor user and have the following question: When is it better to use RMA and when should I use GCRMA? I understood, that GCRMA is mainly the RMA routine but focusing on the GC content. But how do I know when it is better to use RMA and when GCRMA since the output is in both cases an exprSet but with (slightly?) differing results? Thanks very much in advance. sincerely, nate
