I have an error with plotting a graph using the function compPath as following. Does anyone know what the error is and how to resolve it? Thank you so much.

plot(compPATH, showCategory = 15, title = "KEGG Pathway Enrichment Analysis")

Error in as.double(y) : 
  cannot coerce type 'S4' to vector of type 'double'
