Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a package or other tool to track large-scale direction evolution projects. The scope of the tool I'm looking for is a means to track both Sanger and NGS during a directed evolution pipeline, for different libraries of the same or different protein. For example, a potential query would be "return unique reads for library X of protein Y after 1 round of positive selection and 2 rounds of negative selection"

If anyone has experience with Sequencher (https://www.genecodes.com/) I'm looking for a tool like this, but that can also track NGS, is free, and in R or shiny or similar.

I can build the tool myself, but prefer to see if anything else exists first :)

Thanks!
