Hello,

I'm having troubles installing mzR. I'm using R 3.4.3 on Ubuntu 16.04. When I do

biocLite('mzR')

the installation quits with this error message:

/usr/lib/R/etc/Makeconf:168: recipe for target 'boost/thread/src/pthread/thread.o' failed
make: *** [boost/thread/src/pthread/thread.o] Error 1
ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘mzR’

Any ideas on how to fix this are most welcome.
