Dear listers: These days I am analyzing some microarray data and I am wondering if there are some good books and references on the following topics: R, data mining and microarray analysis. I appolagize if this is a bit off topic.. Thanks for the recommendation! -- Weiwei Shi, Ph.D "Did you always know?" "No, I did not. But I believed..." ---Matrix III

For R, the manuals on the R html help web page are wonderful. I use them for teaching an R course - a lot of my assigned homework just tells the students which chapters to read. For microarray analysis, in additional to the Bioconductor text, I like the books by MacLachan et al and Witt et al. --Naomi At 11:34 AM 10/21/2005, you wrote: >Dear listers: > >These days I am analyzing some microarray data and I am wondering if >there are some good books and references on the following topics: R, >data mining and microarray analysis. > >I appolagize if this is a bit off topic.. > >Thanks for the recommendation! > > >-- >Weiwei Shi, Ph.D > >"Did you always know?" >"No, I did not.
