Thank you for your answer, but how could I merge them? My aim is that of running in parallel the gsea analysis, for different gene sets of the same family (for instance C2 in the MSigDB) and then merge all in one gseaResult to use dot plot, enrichmap and other functions that in clusterprofiler work with gsearesult objects as input.
