Hello,

I am author of the oposSOM package and I wanted to update it to the latest version. Therefore I needed to link my newly created github accout following the HowTo "Create a new GitHub repository for an existing Bioconductor package", step 3 "If you have an existing svn account, submit your SSH public key or github id to Bioconductor".

I used the google form several times to submit my github ID, waited some days and then tried to fetch the source from git@git.bioconductor.org:packages/oposSOM.git  which results in the error message "Permission denied (publickey). fatal: Could not read from remote repository."

Is it possible to find out if my git account is already linked to the package git or what the reason for the error is?

Thanks, Henry

Hi Henry,

The package oposSOM is affiliated to a person called Martin Kalcher in our system. He's the only one who has access at the moment as historically, only his key was added along with the package.

To further follow up on this issue, please email maintainer@bioconductor.org or bioc-devel <bioc-devel@r-project.org>, we need some more details from you about your submission. Please cc Martin Kalcher.

Best,

Nitesh
