Hello,

I am using BioConductor version 3.6 with R 3.4.2 and when I try to choose the Brazilian mirror in the function chooseBioCMirror() it tries to access the address

https://bioconductor.fmrp.usp.br/packages/3.6/bioc

when in fact it should be accessing

https://bioconductor.fmrp.usp.br/bioc/packages/3.6/

There may be a simple way to chance the mirror manually, but should this be fixed in the function source code or is anything in mey configuration? The default mirror works perfectly.

Thanks,

Gabriel.

Sorry for the delay. We have updated the mirror and it should now be accessing from the correct location. Please let us know if you have any further issues.
