I don't know if anyone used this package yet, but if they did, and they successfully used imporRdata, please let me know.

I used Kallisto quantified transcripts and added both counts and abundances in importRdata which resulted into this error:

The data.frame passed to the 'isoformRepExpression' argument must contain both a 'sampleID' and a 'condition' column

Even though based on the help page of the function, the data frame looks as expected and does not need sample ID and condition which are represented in the columns not rows.
