I have tried to install IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICanno.ilm10b2.hg19 in R 3.4.0 ,windows OS but i get this error:

ERROR: failed to lock directory 'C:/Users/Rastad/Documents/R/win-library/3.4' for modifying

Try removing 'C:/Users/Rastad/Documents/R/win-library/3.4/00LOCK-IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICanno.ilm10b2.hg19

Is there any solution?
