dear all, i m working on data analysis of a set of microarray data exported from Codelink express 4.1. after reading the limma user guide, i still dunno how to read those data with limma, since i only have raw and normalized intensity data for each spot, and it is a single channel array (Cy5). i wonder if someone have experience in handling codelink data with limma could give me a hand. many thx! regards, bert
